We just bought a bed from here!! But we forgot to ask if they’d take my old one anyway so we called them. The guy who answers the phone was extremely rude to my mother and very unprofessional. Started accusing her of lying (literally asked her why she lied) and then saying they are very busy with a furniture sale (we was just in there15 minutes before and it wasn’t even busy). He kept arguing with my mom. I work in customer service. And he needs to either be trained better or fired. We almost canceled our sale with you guy because of this guy who didn’t want to give anyone the message about having someone calling us back for a simple question

This place has the WORST customer service, hands-down. I called to see about my delivery time but the person on the other end of the phone was the most rudest person ever. He just kept putting me on 20-35min holds. And nobody would never pick up the call or help me with anything. I highly recommend that you shop at another but not this particular one on US 441.

I see a few ppl complaining that FFM is accepting "free" items and jacking up the price, suggesting the ministry is greedy. As a former resident, I know that this is one of the only places that takes in women and men from straight off the street, usually these people have NOTHING but the clothes on their backs. FFM (with the help of donations) provides shelter, delicious food, clothing-mostly name brand, Bibles, toiletries for one's that can't afford to get on their own, and just about anything deemed necessary. They have trucks that they have to keep maintenanced and gassed up for the convenience of donors as they pick up donations. No place is perfect, but FFM is a life saver for so many people fighting addiction. I was there with Mrs. Diane and Mrs. Dy along with Victoria and Ursula. They were very caring.

This place has become nothing but GREED. As someone that has shopped here over the years, the prices have gone up, and most of it is JUNK. This “ministry” collects anything of value FOR FREE as donations & sells it for top dollar on EBay instead of servicing the community with affordable items. Absolute blasphemy. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a “not for profit Christian organization”. Someone is getting filthy rich off of others honest donations in hopes of it helping the community & their pledge for sobriety. Do not donate here.
